【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidanceontheselection,installation,commissioning,calibrationandverificationofhybridtankmeasurementsystems(HTMS)forthemeasurementoflevel,staticmass,observedandstandardvolume,andobservedandreferencedensityintanksstoringpetroleumandpetroleumproductsinfiscalorcustodytransferapplication.Asitisamatterfortheusertodecidewhichmeasurements(i.e.volume,ormassorboth)areusedforcustodytransferpurposes,thisInternationalStandardincludesanuncertaintyanalysis,withexamples,toenableuserstoselectthecorrectcomponentsofanHTMStoaddresstheintendedapplication.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletostationary,verticalcylindricaltanksstoringliquidhydrocarbonswithaReidVapourPressure(RVP)below103,42kPa.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletopressurizedtanksormarineapplications.NOTE1Theterm"mass"isusedtoindicatemassinvacuum(truemass).Inthepetroleumindustry,itisnotuncommontouseapparentmass(inair)forcommercialtransactions.Guidanceisprovidedonthecalculationofbothmassandapparentmassinair(seeAnnexA).NOTE2ThecalculationproceduresinthisInternationalStandardcanalsobeappliedtotankswithothergeometries,whichhavebeencalibratedbyarecognizedoil-industrymethod(e.g.ISO7507).ExamplesofuncertaintyanalysisforsphericalandhorizontalcylindricaltanksaregiveninAnnexB.
