【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofpressureandkettlefryers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectafryerandunderstanditsenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletofloormodelnaturalgasandelectricunitswitha25to70-lboilcapacity.1.3Thefryercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing:1.3.1Energyinputrate(10.2),1.3.2Preheatenergyandtime(10.4),1.3.3Idleenergyrate(10.5),1.3.4Pilotenergyrate(10.6,ifapplicable),1.3.5Cookingenergyrateandefficiency(10.9),and1.3.6Productioncapacity(10.9).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thismethodisfordeterminingaromatic,olefinicandsaturatedhydrocarbonsbycolumnchromatographyinpetroleumdistillatesthatboilbelow315176;C.Itisdesignedforfullboilingrangematerials,notnarrowcuts,especiallynearthe315176;Climit.SamplesofhigherboilingrangecanbeanalyzedusingUOPMethod501.DepentanizationofthesamplebyUOP79isrecommended(seeNote1)ifitcontainsmorethan2liq-uidvolumepercent(LV-%)C4or15LV-%C5hydrocarbons.Thelowerdetectionlimitforahydrocarbontypeis0.4LV-%.Thepresenceorabsenceofolefinsbelow0.4LV-%canbeconfirmedbyUOPMethod304.Theindicatedaromatichydrocarbonscanincludesomediolefins,aromaticolefins,compoundscon-tainingsulfurandnitrogen,orhigherboilingoxygenatedcompounds.Oxygenatedgasolineblendingcom-ponentssuchasmethanol,ethanolormethyl-tert-butyletherdonotinterferewiththedeterminationofhy-drocarbontypes.Theoxygenatedcomponentsarenotdetected,sincetheyelutewiththealcoholdesorbent.Interferencefromotheroxygenatedcompoundsshallbeindividuallyverified.Whensamplescontainingoxygenatedblendingcomponentsareanalyzed,thehydrocarbontyperesultscanbereportedonanoxygen-ate-freebasis.Otherwise,theoxygenatedblendingcomponentscanbedeterminedbyeitherASTMMethodD4815orD5599,andtheresultscorrectedtoatotalsamplebasis.Samplesthatcontaindark-coloredcom-ponentsthatinterfereinreadingthechromatographicbandscannotbeanalyzed.Alternativemethodsforspecifichydrocarbontypeanalysisinclude:1)ASTMMethodD6379,anHPLCmethodfordeterminationofaromatichydrocarbontypesinaviationkeroseneandpetroleumdistillatesboilingintherangefrom50to300176;C;2)ASTMMethodD5186,anSFCmethodfordeterminationofthearomaticcontentandpolynu-cleararomaticcontentofdieselfuelsandaviationturbinefuels;and3)ASTMMethodD6550,anSFCmethodfordeterminationoftheolefincontentofgasoline.
