【摘要】:この規格のこの部は,JISB0401-1に示す規定事項に基づいて計算した穴及び軸に対して多く用いられる公差域クラス(公差域)の寸決許容差の数値を示す。この規格のこの部は,上の寸法許容差ES(穴の場合)及びes(軸の場合)並びに下の寸法許容差EI(穴の場合)及びei(軸の場合)の数値を規定する(図1を参照)。備考寸法許容差の表において,基準線を輪にして対称な公差等級JS及jsを除き,上の寸法許容差ES又はesの数値は下の寸法許容差EI又はeiの数値の上側に表示する。

【摘要】:Thespecificgravityvalueisusedinmanyphaserelationequationstodeterminerelativevolumesofparticle,water,andgasmixtures.Thetermsoilparticletypicallyreferstoanaturallyoccurringmineralgrainthatisnotreadilysolubleinwater.Therefore,thespecificgravityofsoilsthatcontainextraneousmatter(suchascement,lime,andthelike)orwater-solublematerial(suchassalt)mustbecorrectedfortheprecipitatethatformsonthespecimenafterdrying.Iftheprecipitatehasaspecificgravitylessthantheparentsoilgrains,theuncorrectedtestresultwillbetoolow.Iftheprecipitatehasahigherspecificgravity,thentheuncorrectedtestvaluewillbetoohigh.Note28212;Notwithstandingthestatementsonprecisionandbiascontainedinthistestmethod:Theprecisionofthistestmethodisdependentonthecompetenceofthepersonnelperformingitandthesuitabilityoftheequipmentandfacilitiesused.AgencieswhichmeetthecriteriaofPracticeD3740aregenerallyconsideredcapableofcompetenttesting.UsersofthistestmethodarecautionedthatcompliancewithPracticeD3740doesnotensurereliabletesting.Reliabletestingdependsonseveralfactors;PracticeD3740providesameansofevaluatingsomeofthosefactors.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthespecificgravityofsoilsolidsbymeansofagaspycnometer.Particlesizeislimitedbythedimensionsofthespecimencontaineroftheparticularpycnometerbeingused.1.2TestMethodD854maybeusedinsteadoforinconjunctionwiththistestmethodforperformingspecificgravitytestsonsoils.NotethatTestMethodD854doesnotrequirethespecializedtestapparatusneededbythistestmethod.However,TestMethodD854maynotbeusedifthespecimencontainsmatterthatcanreadilydissolveinwater,whereasthistestmethoddoesnothavethatlimitation.1.3AllmeasuredandcalculatedvaluesshallconformtotheguidelinesforsignificantdigitsandroundingestablishedinPracticeD6026.1.3.1Forpurposesofcomparing,ameasuredorcalculatedvalue(s)withspecifieslimits,themeasuredorcalculatedvalue(s)shallberoundedtothenearestdecimalorsignificantdigitsinthespecifiedlimits.1.3.2Theproceduresusedtospecifyhowdataarecollected/recordedandcalculatedinthisstandardareregardedastheindustrystandard.Inaddition,theyarerepresentativeofthesignificantdigitsthatshouldgenerallyberetained.Theproceduresuseddonotconsidermaterialvariation,purposeforobtainingthedata,specialpurposestudies,oranyconsiderationsfortheusersobjectives;anditiscommonpracticetoincreaseorreducesignificantdigitsofreporteddatatobecommensuratewiththeseconsiderations.Itisbeyondthescopeofthisstandardtoconsidersignificantdigitsusedinanalysismethodsforengineeringdesign.1.4ThevaluesstatedinacceptableSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
