【摘要】:Halogenleaktestingcanbeusedtoindicatethepresence,locationandmagnitudeofleaksinaclosedvessel.Thistestmethodisnormallyusedforproductionexamination.Itsusewithhalogenatedrefrigerantgaseshasbeendecliningbecauseofconcernsabouttheeffectofthesegasesontheozonelayer.1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresfortestingandlocatingthesourcesofgasleakingattherateof2.21014mol/s(51010Stdcm3/s).Thetestmaybeconductedonanydeviceorcomponentacrosswhichapressuredifferentialofhalogentracergasmaybecreated,andonwhichtheeffluentsideoftheareatobeleaktestedisaccessibleforprobingwiththehalogenleakdetector.1.2Fivemethodsaredescribed:1.2.1MethodA-Directprobingwithnosignificanthalogencontaminationintheatmosphere.1.2.2MethodB-Directprobingwithsignificanthalogencontaminationintheatmosphere.1.2.3MethodC-Shroudtest.1.2.4MethodD-Air-curtainshroudtest.1.2.5MethodEAccumulationtest.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Themetricequivalentsofinch-poundunitsmaybeapproximate.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
