【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforcordsanddrawstringsonchildren'sclothing,includingdisguisecostumesandskiwear,uptotheageof14years.WithinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandarditisnotpossibletocoverallpotentialhazardsthatmaycreateanunsafegarment.Conversely,identifiablespecifichazardsincertainstyles/designofgarmentmightnotpresentariskforcertainagegroups.NOTEItisrecommendedthatanindividualriskassessmentiscarriedoutonanygarmentinordertoensurethatitdoesnotpresentahazardtothewearer.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:a)childuseandcarearticlesforexamplebibs,nappiesandsootherholders;b)shoes,bootsandsimilarfootwear;c)gloves,hats,bonnetsandscarves;d)necktiesdesignedtobewornwithashirtorblouse;e)beltsandbraces;f)religiousclothingthatmaybewornallthetime,andcelebratoryclothingsuchasthatwornatcivilorreligiousceremoniesorregionalornationalfestivals;g)specialistsportswearandactivityweargenerallywornforlimitedperiodsandundersupervision,forexamplerugbyshorts,wetsuits,anddancewear,exceptwherethosegarmentsarecommonlywornasdaywearornightwear;h)theatricalcostumesusedfortheatricalperformances;i)apronsintendedtobewornoverdaywear,forlimitedperiodsandundersupervision,toprotectclothingfromsoilingduringactivitiessuchaspainting,cooking,orduringmealtimes.
