本标准适用于各种用稀释剂和防潮剂胶凝数的测定。在所用稀释剂和防潮剂的硝化棉或过氯乙烯树脂溶液中，逐渐滴入油漆溶剂油或无水乙醇，混匀，以硝化棉或过氯乙烯树脂析出时所用油漆溶剂油或无水乙醇的量，毫升数表示。
