【摘要】:ThispartofISO21427specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofgenotoxicityofwaterandwastewaterusingamammalianinvitrotestwhichdetectsdamage,inducedbywater-solublesubstances,tothechromosomesorthemitoticapparatusofV79cellsfromtheChinesehamster.Themicronucleustestallowstheidentificationofsubstancesthatcausecytogeneticdamagewhichresultsintheformationofmicronucleicontaininglaggingchromosomefragmentsand/orwholechromosomes.Theassayisbasedontheincreaseinthefrequencyofmicronucleatedcellsafterincubationwithandwithoutmetabolicactivation.
